What are the oceans going to look like tomorrow if we do not do something today?
Disposable plastics and their impacts are a global crisis!
National Geographic reports that 18 billion pounds of plastics enter the oceans every year. Plastics do not go away. Large pieces can harm and trap sea life. Much of it breaks down into smaller and smaller bits (micro plastics) along with associated toxins and end up in the food chain. Alarmingly, micro plastics can be found inside fish and plankton. Sadly, many birds are found dead in some areas with their bellies full of plastic pieces.

Please take a step to protect oceans and marine life; choose not to use disposable plastics whenever it is possible! This action will go far in helping reduce toxic pollutants in our aquatic neighborhood.
